Loft Humberto Primo
Beautiful, bright and quiet loft with about 100 m² of living space, spread over 2 levels. Located in the immediate  of the Plaza Dorrego, the center of St. Telmo.

The lower area is the huge living room with integrated kitchen area. The 2nd floor is accessible via a spiral staircase. There are the bedroom with double bed and the bathroom.
The equipment is complete: cable TV, wifi, air conditioning, microwave, etc.

Carlos Calvo and Chacabuco
This approx. 85 m² apartment in the antique building impresses with its stylish furnishing with Art Nouveau and turn of the century furniture. It is also located in San Telmo, a few meters from Plaza Dorrego and has two floors and a secluded courtyard.
 

On the lower floor there is the living room-living room, a bedroom with double bed and kitchen, bathroom and courtyard. The upper rooms include two more bedrooms with a single bed and a futon and a small lounge.
